Catastrophe

People can react to disasters in many different ways. Usually people dont know what to do in a situation like this because they are so devistated. In a catastrophe people will usually want to help out in the community and help others that had been struck. The other type of people will get out of the area, and find a way to survive by themselfs. In Katrina help was sent immediately after the hurricane moved out. Even though people had to wait for aid, they did. The same in San Francisco, people had to wait in lines for 8 hours, and it was all they had, and could do basically.
